Job Description:

  • Conduct site surveys and support project planning for solar rooftop projects.

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure construction and installation work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

  • Monitor project progress and follow up on construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

  • Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and relevant construction documents.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other relevant parties to resolve day-to-day project issues.

  • Support material take-off, BOQ, and construction-related documentation as required.

  • Participate in installation inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and other project documentation.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Solar PV / Solar Rooftop projects.

  • Experience in project coordination, site supervision, or construction supervision for solar projects.

  • Experience coordinating with contractors/subcontractors and monitoring installation work.

  • Knowledge of engineering drawings, BOQ, and solar PV systems.

  • Experience in testing, commissioning, and project handover is an advantage.

  • Able to travel to project sites as required.

  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
