Senior Call Center Officer

Job Description 

  • Day to day monitoring and manage the call center operation together with our our outsourcing agency.
  • Manage the Call Center transaction with properly arrangement.
  • Prepare the Call Center data analysis by daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Manage and making a plan to reduce customer complain case.
  • Initiate the new idea/ project to make call center operation smoothly.
  • Follow up and Co-ordinate Complaint case and Issue case from Marketing (Facebook,pantip)
  • Support other assignment and AD-HOC Task till finish on time

Qualifications

  • Female age 25-35 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree and above in any field.
  • At least 3 years experience in Supervisor level for call center operation (Electronic Product is preferred)
  • Understand Call Center Operation both Inbound Call and Outbound Call
  • Skillful in English Proficiency(Reading,writing,speaking,and listening)
