Digital Product Owner

 Key Responsibilities

 • กำหนด Product Vision, Strategy และ Roadmap ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจ

 • รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน (User Needs) และ Stakeholders

 • เขียน Product Requirement (PRD / User Stories / Acceptance Criteria)

 • จัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน (Backlog Prioritization)

 • ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Developer, UX/UI, Marketing เพื่อส่งมอบ Product

 • ติดตาม Performance ของ Product (เช่น Conversion, Retention, Engagement)

 • วิเคราะห์ Data และนำ Insight มาปรับปรุง Product อย่างต่อเนื่อง

 • วางแผนและทดสอบ Feature ใหม่ (A/B Testing)

 • ควบคุม Timeline และคุณภาพของ Product Release



Qualifications

 • ประสบการณ์ในสาย Product / Digital / Tech / E-commerce (2-5 ปี+)

 • เข้าใจ Agile / Scrum เป็นอย่างดี

 • มีทักษะในการเขียน Requirement และสื่อสารกับทีม Tech

 • Data-driven mindset (ใช้ Google Analytics, Mixpanel, หรือ tools อื่น ๆ ได้)

 • มีความเข้าใจ UX/UI และ Customer Journey

 • Problem-solving และ Critical thinking ดี

 • สื่อสารและประสานงานหลายทีมได้ดี
