We are looking for a proactive and challenge-driven Client Service professional to join our rapidly growing Digital Agency. If you have a passion for client management and a deep understanding of the digital landscape, this is your opportunity.

• Champion Client Relationships: Act as the central communication hub between clients and internal teams (Creative, Production, Media) to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.

• Bring Cool Ideas to Life: Take briefs from clients, thoroughly understand their requirements, and translate them into actionable briefs for the team to deliver impactful results.

• Manage Projects: Plan, track, and control budgets and timelines for each project to ensure all goals are met.

• Solve Problems: Be the reliable go-to person for both clients and the internal team, resolving immediate issues with professionalism.

• Build Lasting Bonds: Maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction.

• 2-3 years of experience in Client Service, Account Executive, or a related field.

• Experience in a Digital Agency is a strong plus!

• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media workflows.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong service mind, able to work well under pressure, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

• A team player capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Job Type: Contract
