Business Process Improvement


  • Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc.
  • Study and interpret meaningful data to develop standard operating procedures (SOP), process flows, system work flows, work instructions and overall financial policies.
  • Enhance efficiency and effectiveness for full accounting cycle including risk management, control management, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
  • Monitor and ensure the good internal control are designed, implemented and complied with the written policies & procedures, relevant rules and regulations.
  • In collaboration with process owners, process managers and IT owners, ensure proper documentation of all policies and procedures applicable to the key controls of significant processes.
  • Assist in the performance of an annual risk assessment and annual audit plan.
  • Handle special assignments from supervisor or management.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners.



  • Male or Female, Age below 30 Years old
  • Bachelor's or higher Degree in Accounting or related fields.
  • 2 - 3 years experienced in Internal Audit or Auditor (in Audit firm).
  • Competencies: Process Development, Strong Analytical Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Interpersonal skill, management skill, accuracy, attention to details, integrity and endurance.
  • Acute attention to detail and well developed organization and time management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in tax, regulation and other legal obligation is an advantage.
  • Good in project management, results-driven and able to work independently.
  • Energetic with passion for the opportunity to drive business efficiency.
  • Fast learner, willing to contribute and work as a team with ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Good command of English.
