Job Description:

  • Assist GA/HR Manager to administrate all company policy and law requirement and provide counseling services to all employees concerning human resources issues, especially policies and benefits.
  • Undertake a range of function to make sure the administration activities to run smoothly. This includes the management of human resources administration, office administration, travel and lodging for staff and visitors, facility maintenance, outsources service management.
  • Manage the working place to be ordered, purchase office supply, make sure asset and stock in the office be managed and well recorded. Also take charge of the purchase of office supply, sourcing suppliers with good price, and service for projects.
  • Provide day-to-day GA administrative support and maintain employee profiles, HR data and ensure the data update accurately and listen to the internal team for providing need and support to the internal team.
  • Responsible for time attendance record, social security, and others. Also create activities for the team, make the company a strong team and better place to stay, maintain employee relationship.
  • Support the GA/HR manager to do orientation and training to the team, or find outsource to do it, make the team be professional.
  • Support the GA/HR manager and accounting person in payroll and employee's benefit related work.

Requirements:

  • Aged from 28-35, Thai nationality.
  • Have experience or knowledge in admin and HR or related field for 2 years.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, service minded.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases.
  • Good command of Chinese(both spoken and written), English will be a plus.
  • With knowledge of HR principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations will be a plus, the experience of dealing work permit, visa will be strongly considered.
  • Experience with foreign organizations; collaboration with international teams; exposure in different work/company cultures.

  • Base salary 25,000- 32,000 Baht;
