Personal Assistant (Office and HR Administration)

Position:Personal Assistant (Office and HR Administration) with excellent English communication skills

Department: Regional Hub Asia-Pacific, Würth (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Job holder:

Supervisor: Dr. Yves Clerc, Head of Regional Hub Asia-Pacific

Job holder is supervisor of:

Hierarchical Level: E1

Financial Authorization: according to the financial authorization form and budget

 

Core Tasks:

  • Support the Head of Regional Hub Asia-Pacific

o  Communicate between Hub and Headquarter

o  Communicate between Hub and all business units in Asia Pacific (16 countries)

o  Take care of the all administrative tasks such as mail, travel and agenda

  • HR

o  Prepare and keep track of all HR related documents and visa matters

o  Attendance records and claims management

o  Support Head of HR/Legal Helpdesk

  • Office Administration

o  Schedule meetings and take notes

o  Planning of Events and travels

o  Follow up rolling task lists

o  Taking care of the house rules and a smooth workflow between the different departments

 

 

Responsibility

  • Support administrative functions of the Head of Regional Hub APAC and for HOD’s on request
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance of Regional Hub APAC
  • Monitor and regular update the productivity of the staff to Head of Regional Hub APAC
  • Demonstrate a professional, knowledgeable and sincere corporate image and be able to build consensus among with employees, and Management

 

Authority:

  • Has the right and duty to follow up tasks and HR rules from HOD’s and staff of the Regional Hub
  • Full competence about the coordination and travel arrangements of visits to the allied companies

 

Requirements for the Job Holder:

Education:                               Education as PA, Secretary, Business Administration, Marketing or Logistics

Working Experience:                > 10 years, experienced in Asian and European working culture

Operational Area:                    Würth (Thailand), occasional business trips

Languages:                               Excellent English skills, spoken and written

Personality:                             meticulous, persistence, highly organized
