Senior Specialist – Credit Restructuring Portfolio and Performance

Responsibilities:

  • To be a proactive business partner working closely with management/stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical advises on the portfolio performance and analytic.
  • To maintainand enhance database related to portfolio performance under CRM while turning the information into essential strategies for NPL management solutions.
  • To provide periodic reports and user-friendly tool/platform/dashboard related to CRM’s portfolio performance and KPI tracking
  • To facilitate and execute the NPL solutions and their related processes ie., NPL Sales, TCG Claimant Center, Written Off execution etc.
  • To constantly initiate and/or work closely with stakeholders to improve the related working systems/applications/processes for efficiency enhancement.
  • To carry out special project/requests with regard to NPL portfolio management ie.,portfolio’s characteristic and its indication, NPL and risk cost projections, MIS, database, process, collaterals, Legal status etc
  • To be a mentor and coacher encourage the team to work efficiently while sharing skill and knowledge to the teams and others in proper setup forums from time to time.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/ Economics/ Engineer/ Accounting/ MIS/ITor related fields. Master degree is preferential.
  • Business driven with good understanding in credit background
  • Proficient in MIS/ Database Management/ Data Analytic tools
  • Good communication skills especially in business representation
  • Good commands in English is required.
