Bancassurance Sales Coach /ผู้ฝึกสอนงานขาย ผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันชีวิต

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing, transforming & coaching all Bancassurance sales skills and products to the Sales Units and Branch network including the branch managers
  • Responsible for the achievement of Bancassurance goals and financial targets
  • Identify learning gaps of the individual and groups after the training delivery to ensure knowledge and skills application, as well as working with the Branch Managers, Zone and Regional Managers to influence and effectively manage sales activities in branches (productivity tracking).
  • Maintain relationships with internal/ external customers/ stakeholders/ within Bancassurance space i.e. Line Managers, Training Service Providers
  • Ensure smooth delivery and facilitation of Bancassurance training events across various Business Units and geographic locations on time every time
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to employees
  • Ensuring timey resolution of queries and complaintsand controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree Holder, preferably in Business Management/ Marketing/ Finance/ Economics
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in insurance servicing or banking environment
  • Professional qualification in insurance or related disciplines or degree holder
  • Able to communicate effectively and possess strong presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Manage an partnership servicing team to achieve profitable growth
  • Hold Life and/or Non-Life Insurance License will be advantage
