About the role

Conduct market research to analyze demand, competition, and aesthetic needs in the target area. Provide analysis for evaluating new business opportunities, develop business cases and align with internal stakeholders for management approval. Manage financial projections and align key business terms with internal stakeholders for approval. Contract review, discussion, transition and implementation.

• Conduct market research to analyze demand, competition, and aesthetic needs in the target area

• Provide analysis for evaluating new business opportunities

About you

• Bachelor or master degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Marketing, Aesthetic Business or related

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in hospital, Aesthetic, Wellness or healthcare settings

• Strong understanding of Aesthetic healthcare operations, regulations, and market dynamics

• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)

• Good collaboration with concerned parties

• Demonstrate knowledge of customer needs, behaviours and goals, as well as market dynamics, competitor and regulatory landscape

• Demonstrate knowledge of Aesthetic products including the different stages of a product lifecycle

• Understand and apply business and financial knowledge through a data-driven approach in order to support sound decision-making
