Thai Relo Services Ltd.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriates (transferees) and their families throughout their relocation to Thailand.

• Manage and coordinate the entire relocation process, including temporary accommodation, area orientation, home search, school search, settling-in support, departure services, and other destination services.

• Coordinate with clients, property agents, schools, landlords, internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive relocation experience.

• Manage assigned cases and ensure all services are delivered within agreed KPIs and SLAs.

• Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely updates in the company's system.

• Provide professional customer service and proactively resolve issues throughout the relocation process.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Relocation, Property, or other client-facing service industries.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Experience living, studying, or working abroad will be an advantage.
