Mall Area Manager

Responsibility:

  • Drive and manage Mall income to meet the target.
  • Manage Deputy Mall Manager to follow up process and Debt Collection.
  • Plan the promotion activities implementation so that our customers will have a great shopping experience and keep coming back.
  • Regularly review the temporary leasing standard and ensure it does not block customer shopping trip  and keep good visibility and accessibility for both permanent lease and food court.
  • Accomplish or review pricing of the temporary leasing twice a year to ensure our rental rate is fair and reasonable
  • Plan the policy of recruiting and evaluating the organizer performance (big space lease) via transparent process to prevent corruption.
  • Review and approve temporary shop by providing goods and services that meet customers’ satisfaction as indicated in CQT.
  • Review service level of my Mall Managers on their performance, servicing customers, tenants and the media concessionaires via the Operation Checklist during store visiting trip.

Qualifications:

  • Negotiation skill to discuss with tenants
  • Well experience on Tesco (Talad and Express process and system)
  • Well coordinate with other cross functional
  • Can start working ASAP
