Customer Service Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate for the Customers.
  • Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service, and desires.
  • Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment including finding solutions in order to satisfy the customer, by working with the customer as well as internal team.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders as required to facilitate timely and effective solutions.
  • Manage/improve day to day process.
  • Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction. Take care all kinds of logistics problem and complain, solve the issues and ensure best effort delivery to customer.
  • Understand claims policy and its impact on company assets and provide customers best possible claim situation.
  • Enable to come up with marketing strategy and sales techniques to increase potential selling.
  • To conduct other assignments according to sales manager
  • Various other tasks based on business requirement
  •  

    Qualification

    - Bachelor degree in logistics or related field.

    - At least 2 years’ experience in customer service (Import-Export) / shipping / marketing in logistics field.

    - Good command in English.

    - Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill.

    - Energetic, flexible, hard-working, positive & analytical thinking, self-motivated

    - Team player with proven ability to work under pressure and having problem solving skills.
