Manages housekeeping functions and staff to ensure property guest rooms, public area and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Areas of responsibility include Housekeeping, Minibar, Health Club and, if applicable, Laundry. Directs and works with team to successfully execute all housekeeping operations. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Ensures that standards and procedures are being followed.

1. Ensure the timely completion of performance appraisals.
2. Give direction and be responsible for the implementation of plans.
3. Monitor plans’ effectiveness and recommend changes in response to the marketplace, including setting targets, planning and scheduling work and performance indicators that are typical productivity and efficiency measures.
