Our client is one of the world’s leading promotional merchandise services agency established in Europe over 65 years ago. Since its establishment our client has become the largest and most successful global promotional agency currently listed on the UK Stock Exchange. Due to its continued success and growth our client is seeking a marketing minded professional to fill the following position.


BANGKOK – MARKETING SERVICE FIRM                       

UP TO 200K/MONTH                             

An experienced Account Director with the desire to succeed to support one of our client’s blue-chip clients. This is a perfect opportunity for a driven, focused and talented individual who wants to join a growing team as we drive our business forward. 

Ideally you will have previous experience of working within the promotional merchandise industry, but account management experience in a product sales environment would also be relevant. 

With a passion for sales, you will work alongside with a Regional Manger based abroad to establish, build and manage strong relationships with a range of blue-chip clients.  You will have a willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice, resilience and ability to thrive within a high pressure role.


  • Qualified to degree level in a related subject of study
  • 12+ years previous corporate account management experience ideally gained in a vibrant and fast paced promotional merchandise environment
  • Have B2B Account Management experience in a product sales or marketing services role, preferably on an international scale.
  • Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Be commercially focused, with a proven ability to grow and network multiple blue-chip clients
  • Travel to meet clients in the E2A when required for major projects, keeping close relationship.
  • Working closely with our partners in all Asia countries to implement market plan and sales projects, ensure work practices followed to provide clients with good same service standard across the regions. 
  • Be highly creative and able to develop product from concept through to production
  • Have the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to multi task
  • Be a real team player, with personality, empathy and the drive to succeed, with exceptional organizational skills and excellent attention to detail is crucial for this role.
  • Previous events experience and Merchandising would be advantageous.
