Job Overview:

FINANCE CONTROLLER will be a key role in contributing to deliver of key strategies and initiatives in relation to corporate business strategy, direction, corporate sustainability in accordance with corporate policy and business objectives.


Job Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Reporting

  • Lead and facilitate corporate annual operating plan and budget process
  • Conduct monthly operation performance review and analysis
  • Analyze and identify cost savings or efficiency opportunities and develop recommendations and action plans for improvement,
  • Contribute to optimize the company'sprofitability performance and ensure control environment existsand operates effectively

Cost Management

  • Develop product costing model to serve cost management decision making
  • Drive the implementation and sustainment of  product costing model to support the most effective management of  all related costs 
  • Conduct regular overhead review with related functions
  • Analyze and initiate cost and productivity improvement areas to optimize cost effectiveness
  • Participate Inventory Management team to ensure efficient  inventory management

Corporate Key Contributions

  • Develop and support company-wide culture of Lean
  • Provide cross-function trainings to promote learning organization
  • Provide support to ensure company projects are completed on time, on budget, and to required standards

Finance & Accounting Function Assurance

  • Supports best practice approaches and implements further effectiveness and efficiency projects in the finance and accounting function
  • Conduct continuous training regarding accounting policies and standards to Finance and Accounting team


  • Ad-hoc and other duties/projects where required

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Masters qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration 
  • Minimum 10 years related experience
  • Experience with ERP
  • Good command of English and Thai
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and business knowledge
  • Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
