Consultant’s Responsibilities

Synthesize Insights and Initiate “Knowledge to Action” of Findings

  • Research and synthesize findings from the research projects and external sources to discover trends, market and industry information  
  • Propose and support strategic forecasting initiatives that help Consortium members spot weak signals and prepare for potential threats and capitalize opportunities related to research topics such as innovation and disruptive technologies, future workforce requirements and/or capabilities uplift
  • Propose and support initiatives that help Consortium members understand and implement innovation management concepts and practices

Provide Strategic Inputs and Recommendations   

  • Contribute to assessment and revision of project/ team strategies
  • Define areas to leverage new findings to project team   

Support Project Deliverables   

  • Support project management role, as needed, by facilitating and coordinating project related activities
  • Contribute to promoting non-formal learning within the consortium through initiatives including but not limited to social learning network   


Consultant’s Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • 3 years of work experience in related fields
  • Ability to synthetize data into understandable wordings
  • Superior analytical skills, with attention to details
  • Ability to anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions
  • Business orientated and customer-centric mindset to deliver impactful results
  • Excellent presentation and oral and written communication skills, both in English and Thai
  • A genuine willingness to learn for continuous improvement
  • Willingness to work flexibly and/or beyond regular hours as required
  • Ability to perform under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ability to build credibility and trust with clients, partners, team members and management
  • Ability to do instantaneous translation an advantage
