F&B Manager / Director
• Administer the entire Food & Beverage operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Hotel.
• Directly responsible for all Restaurants, Culinary and Catering areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel.
• Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our Associates by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
• Develop and enforce standards, policies and procedures in the food service, restaurants and beverage areas.
• At least Bachelor Degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years experience in an international chain hotel with evidenced tracked record of achievements
• Minimum 5 years experience in Food & Beverage Management of a luxury branded hotel
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills, capacity to establish a vision, engage & develop people and motivate through creativity and innovation
• Sound training & coaching skills
• Strong communicator , at ease in public speaking
• Result & service quality driven professional
• Full proficiency in minimum 2 languages - English is a must
• Computer literate (windows - social media)
