Job description :
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
Adapts departmental plans and policies and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
Manages the optimization of business unit systems as required to improve customer experience.
Applies quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess, monitor and evaluate performance of services and/or programs.
Prepares and presents project plans, reports and recommendations to management.Collaborates with external agencies and resources to identify and integrate best practices.
Maintenance of Agile transformation momentum
Serving as the subject matter expert for Agile principles
Continuation of process improvements (e.g. Lean practices)
Provision of reusable training materials for both staff and Agile Coaches
Mentorship of future Agile Coaches
Business process analysis skills
Proven experience as Agile, Agile coach, communications with all levels and discipline.
At least 2-5 years with PMO, coaching, change management experience required.
Knowledge of continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and practices
Passion for process improvements and leading big changes
Project and resource management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
Ability to influence business partners to execute recommended solutions/improvements.
Good command of English and Computer skill
