Key Account Manager (Bangkok)


  • Proactive management of customer portfolio as assigned and directed by Sales Director
  • Receive, respond and enter all customer requests into appropriate systems
  • Renegotiate contracts with key account customers for Pest Control and Hygiene ensuring gross margin is improved
  • Provide quotations and recommendations for current customers
  • Provide information to customers  utilising templates developed in a timely manner
  • Conduct customer site surveys where and when required
  • Ensure relationships are maintained, managed, developed across all existing and potential customers
  • Ongoing relationship management of accounts ensuring increased sales, analysis of sales activity and trading optimisation is achieved
  • Monitor competitor activities, report back to the Sales Director and suggest and assist with the construction of countermeasure strategies
  • Ensuring profitability is analysed on a monthly basis and action taken to constantly strive to improve previous results with the application of smart business acumen
  • Establish strategic account clients and develop penetration methods and review the progress at monthly meetings
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly Company sales margins and goals.
  • Preparation of and adherence to annual budget for approval aligned to company targets for the RI Direct Key Account team
  • Develop proposals, negotiates terms and conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results
  • In conjunction with relevant Head office and other functions, complete and submit tenders for RITH Key and Strategic Accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and their specialty area of practice
  • Seek and identify customer needs and understand the process of responding to customer requests and requirements
  • Take all reasonable action necessary to meet customer expectations in service delivery
  • Upgrade existing customers serviced by the business to higher revenue products or services where appropriate ensuring an increase to the gross margin
  • Establish effective communication strategies with the divisions to aid the retention of Key Accounts and foster a culture of cooperation, both by phone and in person
  • Provide an interface between customer and divisions, serving as the central contact for customer queries, and liaison between branches and customers to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to the customers
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting that focus on all relevant aspects of Key Accounts:

o    Sales analysis and termination reporting

o    Business development reports

o    Customer profile and activity report

  • Other tasks assigned by Superior



  • Thai Nationality with any genders and age between 35 - 40 years
  • Bachelor Degree or above in any related fields
  • Related experienced about 5 - 10 years 
  • Good command in English both Spoken and Written
  • Computer Literate in Microsoft Office (Especially in MS Office)
  • Strong in communication / negotiation skills and able to work with various levels of management and handling in multiple projects
