Logistics Officer (CS & Document) - Export

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare plan load export by weekly and send to all parties concern before loading date.
  • Coordinate with shipping line for space booking as per mention in customer's allocation.
  • Coordinate with customer's HQ in Bangkok and update the data into plan load as per customer
  • requirement.
  • Update all required data as outlined by customer in their SAP system timely.
  • Coordinate with other related parties like Shipping line, Customs broker, Trucking for smooth
  • operation.
  • Communicate with client / carrier whenever any issue to resolve.
  • Provide / input related data for KPI report to prepare by Head of customer service to submit to client per their standard requirement.


  • Bachelor degree in logistics or any related field. 
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics and export documents.
  • Good command in English both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate and able to use Ms Office.
