 Job responsibilities:

Personal assistant to sales & Marketing Manager:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments to Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the Sales & Marketing manager of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager


  • Male or Female, age 30 - 40 years old
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Secretarial, Business English or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of secretary, personal assistant or any related position
  • Good command of English (Preferred Toeic score 700 points up)
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and Communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good personality and Time Management skills
