Senior Talent Acquisition Manager


Responsibilities :


  •  Design and execute recruitment strategies and best practice to source, attract, assess and hire qualified candidates.
  •  Manage day-to-day TA activities, including hiring plan, pipeline & SLA management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to perform full-cycle recruitment both permanent and temporary positions
  •  Identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions and create a healthy pipeline at all levels inclusive of diversity.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with leaders in order to understand business priorities and anticipate staffing needs.
  • Creating interactive internal and external recruiting campaigns.
  • Champion Talent Acquisition function and cascade recruiting knowledge to others in the team.
  • Refine Sourcing strategy, innovate talent acquisition channel (Social media, talent community building and etc), mobilize business leaders and hold them to have more ownership in recruitment.
  • Lead the TA team to brainstorm new initiatives to build Employer Branding.
  • Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
  • Periodically lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.


Requirements :


  • Minimum 6-year of experience in full-cycle recruiting for local and regional level.
  • Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
  • Organized and pragmatic; thrives in a results oriented environment.
  •  Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Experience defining and delivering complex recruiting strategies.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Able to think strategically, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and driven.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking business English. 
  • Excellent organizational, administrative and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in written and verbal formats in one-on-one, small, and large group situations, at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in creating, launching and executing Talent Acquisition initiatives.
