HR Generalist (Assistant Manager) - Retail Furniture Store

Responsibilities: 
  • Supporting the recruitment and introduction process by using the framework to attract and retain staff.
  • Effectively managing payroll and time attendance.
  • Strengthening the company's culture, and valuing and applying to employees at all levels. 
  • Supporting store managers in the performance appraisals process development. 
  • Conducting employees on-boarding and helping organize training & development initiatives.
  • Working closely with senior management within the organisation for performance management and organisation development (OD).
  • Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Male or female. Thai nationality only. Aged 28 - 35 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR field with 2 years HR supervisory level.
  • Experience working in fast-pace retail environment is highly preferable.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws. 
  • Flexible to work on Saturday or Sunday or public holidays, (by work roster-5 working days, 2 days-off).
  • Good command of English. 
  • Trustworthy with profound leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills and able to collaborate with people from various backgrounds.
