HR CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER (CHONBURI)

Job Description:
  • Assisting the team in HR outsourcing projects at client sites.
  • Handling employee relations at client sites.
  • Acting as the contact point for outsourced employees regarding welfare and other HR issues and supporting and advising clients on labor laws.
  • Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests as to customer requirements.
  • Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities to clients (Staffing, Orientation, Performance Evaluations).
  • Visiting client in order to maintain good employee relationships and to promote good relationships with clients.
  • Dealing with all manner of employee HR rules and regulations issues and requests.
  • Working closely with the customer as a consultant and specialist on people issues.
  • Responding to clients’ issues or remarks regarding outsourced employees at their sites.
  • Assisting in managing payroll for outsourced employees.
  • Producing relevant documents for the team.
  • Performing other supporting tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
  • Having 7-8 years’ experience working in HR functions.
  • Good knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
  • Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a mature and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work independently when required.
  • Good command of English and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with accuracy and punctuality oriented.
  • Ability to relocate and flexibility to travel on own car.
