Customer Success Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Verifying and investigating customers' cases in order to provide responses to external and internal customers’ enquiries, requests and complaints with accurate information in a friendly and enthusiastic manner and high quality service within SLA time lines.
  • Recording CRM activities into the system with accuracy  correctness and with complete information on a real-time basis.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional staff to resolve customers' cases and provide summary case information, written instruction or diagram as per customers’ cases in order to repair, configure or set up system.
  • Monitoring customers' cases and working continuously on tasks until completion.
  • Receiving knowledge transferred from the project implementation team.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT application support.
  • Candidates with experience in CRM systems and tools / Salesforce / taxation and BOI regulations are preferred.
  • Can communicate in English at a fair level (also typing skill both in Thai & English).  
  • Service minded and a positive working attitude.
  • Can use computer programs: MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Able to work well under pressure and with time limitations.
