Credit Risk Management Assistant Manager

Job Descriptions:
  • Analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risk affecting the business.
  • Providing support in relation to researching potentially new credit risk modelling improvements, regulatory recommendations, and techniques.
  • Providing support in relation to the regular reporting and monitoring required to ensure that all models remain appropriate for the portfolio.
  • Implementing and developing credit risk management frameworks within the organization.
  • Providing support in terms of risk management activities comprising of risk assessment processes, risk response processes, monitoring and reviews.
  • Coordinating and supporting continuous improvement activities related to credit risk management quality to support the company's portfolio.
  • Establishing education and training programs for associates to build risk awareness in the organization.
  • Evaluating the quality of data and communicating any issues with interpretation of subsequent analyses.
  • Evaluating the business impact of proposed new model implementations through sensitivity analysis of parameters used in capital calculations.
  • Performing any other risk management related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Aged 30-38 year old, male/female, Thai nationality only.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in risk management and risk analysis (modelling domain and scoring model) in a hire purchase/leasing business.
  • Experience in implementing credit criteria and scoring models will be an advantage.
  • Have a numerical or statistical qualification to a minimum or degree level or equivalent.
  • Functional Expertise: credit risk modelling, PD, EAD, LGD models.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point and Access.
  • Good interpersonal and team work skills, positive thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
