Continuous Improvement Manager (Food & Beverage)

Key Objectives
  • Ensuring optimum manufacturing methods are implemented for efficient production.
  • Ensuring the manufacturing process is controlled through data gathering.
  • Ensuring all processes are working to a minimum of 85% efficiency.
  • Contributing to the year on year reduction of waste.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establishing procedures for production process control and analysis.
  • Being responsible for the best practice method for each line and applying to other businesses.
  • Developing procedures to reduce process and material waste in the manufacturing process.
  • Working closely with Production Line Supervisors to ensure that most efficient manufacturing systems are implemented.
  • Working closely with Product Development personnel to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective methods of construction are identified during the development stage.
  • Calculating the capacity line and increase output to a minimum of 85% efficiency.
  • Taking line balance and reduce waste time.
  • Male, age over 30 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product improvement engineer or process improvement engineer.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good communicator and works well in a team environment.
  • Motivated to achieve results.
  • Has a commitment to excellence.
  • Has a can-do & will-do attitude.
