HR Manager (Union Management)

Responsibilities:
  • Defining the safety policy in line with legal and client requirements.
  • Defining and following-up on the headcount budget.
  • Carrying-out recruitment for Manager and Director positions.
  • Defining and implementing compensation and benefits policies in line with market practice and client requirements.
  • Supporting managers in setting-up appropriate organization.
  • Leading implementation projects e.g. safety, production organization, skills development, performance improvement systems, etc.
  • Supervising labour relations (Welfare Committee, welfare policy).
  • Setting-up and following-up on the suggestion and development plan for key people and key positions.
  • Ensuring and improving the efficiency of all HR processes.
  • Conducting industrial relations and annual collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations.
Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a human resources function with 5 years at managerial level.
  • Experience from a multi-national company, especially a manufacturing company.
  • Knowledgeable in all HR functions including HR strategy, labour law, and labour relations.
  • An energetic and dynamic person.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
