HR Manager/ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรมนุษย์

Responsibilities:

 

-          Recruitment

-          Organize induction programs for new employees

-          Manage staff development and internal needed trainings. Ensure every employee is trained, knows and respects company rules and regulations, processes and standards.

-          Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance and discipline staff

-          Ensure staff motivation

-          Register staff attendance and manage respect of working hours

-          Manage the HR procedures by keeping all personnel records and contracts up to date

-          Manage employees’ sick leaves and holiday schedules

-          Register staff to social security

-          Renew wok permits and visas on time

-          Ensure health, safety policies, company rules and regulations, company processes are up to date and properly observed

-          Prepare monthly salary calculations, issue salary slips, overview payment

-          Manage company documents and databases (company set, letter, letter of attorney, contracts, etc.) to ensure proper optimal organization of data

-          Improve HR system

 

Support:

 

-          Schedule meetings and appointments

-          Support MDs work and work organization

-          Other assignments

 

Qualifications required:

 

-          Higher education

-          Excellent English - written and oral

-          Proven experience as an HR supervisor

-          Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

-          Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Details and Compensation:

 

-          Full time

-          5.5 days per week

-          Social security

-          Canteen lunch

-          Gasoline compensation if car/motorbike used for the company

-          Compensation:

o   Office Performance Bonus based on KPIs and Company Performance (paid quarterly)

o   Annual Performance Bonus
