Regional Coach/ผู้จัดการภาค

Roles & Responsibility   Strategic Planner (20%)
  • Research market and competitor to forecast the change in the future regarding customer needs, sales, profit and workforce trend and also learn new skills/techniques for better management, for example, adapting new technology to fasten work process
  • Analyze the situation and current performance; sales, profit and cost to identify area for improvement of each area
  • Set both long term and short term goal. Long term goal such as manpower, successor development, strong working system and process and short term goal such as sales and working standards.
  • Set annual plan, strategy and budgeting to ensure performance achievement such as strategy for promoting new product, up-sales, manpower planning, bench plan and talent retention
  • Co-ordinate with related functions at RSC, share information and provide feedback for driving better performance
  • Create and propose new project for increasing PIZZA HUT competitive advantage
  • Propose potential location to open new store and process to close low performance store
Performance Driver (30%)
  • Clearly communicate vision, goal and strategy including listen to AC’s opinion and suggestion to create engagement and teamwork environment
  • Regularly review customer feedback from GES report and complain and follow up to ensure that each area has action plan to solve the problem and to increase customer satisfaction
  • Monitor, control and audit the progress of improvement of each area to follow the standard and timeline
  • Regularly audit the store to ensure that all stores strictly follow the standards such as health and safety standard, food safety and etc.
  • Collaborate with HRBP to recruit, rotate and promote RGM and AC
  • Strictly follow RC Success Routine and ensure alignment between AC and RGM Success Routine
  • Perform other tasks base on assignment
Coach of AC (40%)
  • Collaborate with HRBP to build new AC and RGM pipeline within needed timeline, observe AC and RGM through performance management, strength and weakness analysis and prepare effective IDP
  • Train and coach AC and team regarding assigned topic such as ABR and Taking People with You
  • Regularly coach and feedback AC, utilize provided tools and techniques
  • Be a good role model to strictly follow the standards
  • Provide suggestion for AC about developing RGM and Team manager and monitor the process and ensure effectiveness
  • Assign special project/role to develop AC/RGM capability, for example, collaborating with HRBP to select AC/RGM to be a trainer for some topics
  • Motivate and inspire to build positive attitude to the team and drive them to achieve assigned target
  • Build AC to be a good coach who has people development mindset
Culture Leader (10%)
  • Create environment of teamwork, recognition and build high performance culture
  • Arrange activities to create engagement, teamwork and happiness in workplace
  • Arrange the meeting that open for sharing thought, opinion and practices among AC in the region
  • Manage and make decision on any conflict happens in the region



Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree & above

Experience : at least 10 years experience in Food industry or any related fields


Language Proficiency : Fluent English 

Additional Requirements : Able to travel to upcountry
