About the role
You will be responsible for sales to Japanese companies and general customer support during moving. You will be able to flexibly handle company work as needed, such as interpreting duties and helping with moving.
Key responsibilities
Research and approach potential customers
Engage with new customers through phone calls, emails and visits
Build relationships with prospective customers
Maintain trust through regular communication and visits
Understand customers' challenges and needs to provide tailored services
Oversee packing and delivery operations
Coordinate with business partners
Support administrative tasks related to relocation services
Handle passport collection and return
Conduct pre-move inspections and prepare estimates
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in any field
Japanese: Business level (JLPT N3 up)
Experience in cold call
Experience in B2B sales in any field
A positive and proactive individual with strong self-learning skills and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge
English: Internal Communication level (good to have)
Knowledge of logistics or customs clearance (good to have)
