Work hour: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 (Flexible Hours + Some WFH)

Salary Detail: 40,000 - 50,000 (Upon experience)

Key responsibilities

• Lead team member of current market situation locally, and analyze for new business opportunities

• Identify, develop and implement new areas of insurance products to serve existing and new clients

• Identify, deal and negotiate with appropriate Business Partners for the best Insurance Package/Program

• Advisory client services concerning market conditions, including pricing trends, coverage grants and other issues

• Maintain frequent interaction with practice offices, insurance markets, and regular clients

• Supervise business support team and others to monitor the performance of each product launch including feedback received and be ready to adjust the product detail where necessary or to bring in additional marketing tools to ensure product success

• Ensuring information delivered to clients is precise and accurate

• Supervise and control teams to work effectively and timely

• Other duties as assigned

Required work experience

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field

• Preferred at least 5 years' experience in any related field

• Experience in Non-life Insurance is a plus

• At least 3 years' experience in managerial level

• Good in spoken and written English (TOEIC 600 up )

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good systems and PC skills

• Strategic mindset and positive attitude

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
