Our client is a leading global manufacturer of protection solutions to healthcare and industrial companies across the world with operations in over 100 countries. As the market share and revenue of this company increases they have heavily invested in the capacity expansion and growth of their operations in manufacturing within Thailand, this includes the introduction of new and innovative automated production lines and infrastructure to improve quality, efficiency and cost. As such they are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Engineering Manager who will lead both the facilities, utilities and machinery maintenance teams defining clear improvements to their processes through CAPEX and the introduction of TPM. 

This is a fantastic career move for someone who is looking to work with and learn from one of the leading General managers in Thailand who is implementing training and development for staff at all levels and will be directly mentoring you in this position to provide support and structure in order to help you become more successful in this role. 

Responsibilities: 

• Mentor and develop a strong team of engineering professionals to improve facilities, utilities and machinery in the factory. 
• Collaborate with other department leaders such as Production, R&D and Quality to ensure all initiatives will provide measurable benefits. 
• Define and execute all CAPEX within the company, ensuring projects are completed within the agreed deadline and budget. 
• Propose new technologies and processes that can help improve production time and yield. 

Qualifications: 

• Degree educated within an engineering field such as mechanical or electrical engineering. 
• Proven background in engineering management, ideally this would come from both maintenance of machinery and facilities and utilities. 
• Ability to lead large and diverse project teams with multiple different deadlines and budgets. 
• Must be able to communicate with top management across the region to define and provide business strategy for CAPEX.
