Supervisor, Accounting & Reporting

Summary:

The reporting person is responsible for the overall CoA HFM mapping. Supporting the team in closing process of management reports and making sure it has aligned with the Group’s requirement. Coordinating with the Group in DK for the HFM purposes. Assisting the Sr. Manager in managing the ad-hoc assignments and urgent tasks, including coordinating with relevant parties for the information of financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain AX accounts map to HFM.
  • Perform AX to HFM (PPT, PPT_TA, and PPT_T) reconciliation.
  • Perform monthly accrual expenses and month end closing task.
  • Perform payroll reports and payroll booking
  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation and confirmation.
  • Perform direct booking in HFM such as PPV fine gold and silver, VAT, unrealized gain/loss, physical inventory.
  • Perform commentary report (reporting part) to Group reporting team.
  • Prepare the report for quarterly contingent liabilities.
  • Perform the analysis and reports to Group reporting team.
  • Prepare financial package and report to group finance monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Perform and review Internal control framework about accounting record and reporting in ICF.
  • Perform a monthly closing schedule and time keeping.
  • Coordinate and support external auditor in order to prepare the annual statutory financial statements.
  • Prepare annual statutory financial statements.
  • Prepare group financial package on time.
  • Ensure that the financial data is fairly accurate.
  • Perform continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare other ad-hoc reports upon requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or higher Degree in Accounting.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Accounting Closing and Financial Reporting.
  • Good in oral and written English skills.
  • Good in Microsoft office skill.
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible.
  • Work independently and self-motivated within the specified mandate.
  • Ability to meet deadline, self-managed and processes the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy.
