Summary of position:
To be the first line of contact for the customers support. To be responsible answering and/or responding to any incoming calls and E-mails promptly and politely to resolve hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity within timely manner. This position has the flexibility to offer weekend, public holidays, night and day shifts.
