Busines Development Support- Associates (Lead Generation Team)


  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails  
  • Contact the owner of new properties in the market and pitch the OYO Proposition and convince the owner to onboard with the OYO 
  • Taking the followup and do the coordination with the BDMs to get the property signed with the right TAT.
  • Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively  
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest  
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day  
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory  
  • Strong listening and presentation skills  



  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development
  • Outbound Telesales profile
  • Should be focused and possess BD mindset 
  • Fluent communication and the ability to manage situations.
  • Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven 
  • Demonstrates high ethical values 
  • Language should know is English and Thai.
