About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles, from gathering requirements to onboarding.

• Source top-tier IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Facebook groups, professional networks, social media, internal databases, and referrals.

• Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to assess technical qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and account teams to align on role specifications and hiring strategies.

• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and ensure all recruitment activities are well-documented and updated in the ATS or internal systems.
   

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally within an IT consulting firm, outsourcing company, or recruitment agency.

• Strong understanding of technical roles, software development life cycles, and common IT stacks.

• Demonstrated success in placing niche or hard-to-fill IT positions.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles and priorities effectively.

• Self-starter with a result-driven mindset and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

• Proficiency in Chinese or Japanese is advantageous.

• Experience in 360 recruitment is a plus.
