Clinical Research Associate / Senior Clinical Research Associate 1 position

Department & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and engaged characterisation CRA/Senior CRA to join Clinical Research function, based in Bangkok office. You will join a clinical research team of 10 dynamic colleagues under the Clinical, Medical, Regulatory and Quality (CMRQ) department. In 2016,the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), an international organisation representing the interest of the clinical sites, has awarded Novo Nordisk the Eagle Award as the winning sponsor. This award recognises outstanding leadership, professionalism, integrity, passion and dedication to advancing the clinical research profession through a strong site partnership. We are responsible for conducting global clinical trials from phase 1-4 from country allocation to trial closure. At Novo Nordisk, we have strong pipelines and believe in taking ownership of developing our own molecules from lab to investigation in subjects. As a member of team, you will

  • conduct clinical trials according to Novo Nordisk way by supporting the development of research sites, creating relationships when executing clinical trials and advancing treatment area expertise
  • be key team leader and player in local team to ensure the patient recruitment target, scientific recruitment and retention activities target, study timelines and trial quality are met
  • represent local team in clinical trial global/regional meeting/training
  • take leadership of site management from site selection to closure in compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, Novo Nordisk SOP and protocol
  • act as the primary contact for sites and conduct site visits according to Novo Nordisk SOPs.
  • For senior level, coach the junior CRA, share experience and knowledge and be the primary contact for your monitor and regional/international trial manager


  • Earned Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (preferably) or Nursing
  • Have at least 3 years experiences in monitoring/managing phase II-IV multinational trials
  • Possess competencies required in each level of position
  • Possess knowledge of local requirements and ICH-GCP (audit/inspection experience  is advantage)
  • Be proficient in spoken and written English (Please submit TOEIC score, if any)
  • Be results-oriented, flexible and have good analytical thinking
  • Have good interpersonal and personal leadership skills
  • Be able to work independently and in a team environment with patient-centered      business approach
  • Be able to travel up country & abroad
