Review and monitor existing Compliance policies, procedures, rules and regulations to ensure they remain effective and aligned with company and regional standards.
Review internal compliance documents and compare them with applicable company and regional requirements.
Draft, issue, amend and revise Compliance policies, procedures, work instructions and manuals as required.
Ensure compliance requirements and practices are effectively communicated and implemented across employees and relevant third parties.
Conduct and support Compliance awareness and training for employees, vendors and suppliers.
Monitor compliance practices and identify potential non-compliance issues, gaps and risks.
Act as a person in charge of following up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor their effectiveness.
Assist management and relevant committees in conducting Compliance investigations, including gathering information, analyzing facts and identifying root causes.
Analyze compliance cases and recommend appropriate actions or processes to address identified issues.
Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are properly implemented.
Support the Legal Manager in implementing new compliance policies, procedures, rules, regulations and guidelines.
Support the implementation and monitoring of Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Competitive Trade requirements.
Prepare relevant reports, documentation and updates for management as assigned.
Perform other compliance-related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
2–3 years or more of relevant experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Corporate Governance or a related field.
Experience in compliance investigation, policy development, internal controls or regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
Good understanding of Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Competitive Trade principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and investigation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, management and external stakeholders.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
High level of integrity, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively.
