Job Summary

The Sales and Dealership Manager, who will be responsible for the business development and relationship management function, with an objective to develop and grow profitability through distribution channel. Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze the business, highlight positive/negative trends and promote the use of such reports within the sales team.
  • Conduct competitor analysis reporting on any new competition, innovation and competitive strategies within the industry.
  • Regularly visit end customers and distributor network for business development and to support field team and if called upon by the Company other markets that could be supplied from the branch acting as a distribution hub.
  • Devise a clear and detailed sales strategy for Thailand that provides for future growth, clearly defining and prioritizing market segments, product ranges, key performance indicators and benchmarks.
  • Coordinates with sales team by communicating to both company and individual sales strategies and targets that are easily understood.
  • Regularly monitors time and territory organization, efficient coverage and call effectiveness to ensure that we have the right people in the right accounts to produce the required results.
  • Devise and set goals and objectives for both Group and Local promotions.
  • Identifying what their requirements are in relation to product, delivery and commercial needs and to ensure that all end customers and dealer network are informed of the Company’s product range
  • Ensure that all sales proposals costing is done accurately, maintaining required margins and ensure that we deliver our commitment to customers on time.
  • Monitor and Manage Payments within the agreed credit period with end customers and dealer network.
  • build and maintain dedicated sales teams who will embrace the Company’s core values to maximise the business potential
  • Ensure that the internal sales team is guided, coached and developed in order to provide adequate support and service to the team and customers.
  • Analyse training needs of team, identifying skill sets and the need for development where appropriate. Ensure training is relevant and conducted in a structured manner.
  • Management annual objectives and budgets, ensuring that key performance indicators are met.
  • Ensure that all dealers and end customers are aware of and comply with the Company’s trading terms and conditions, and to control the credit and ensure on time payment of dealers.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree in technical, engineering, business administration, marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years working in technical sale and client management. Experienced with both distributor and principle companies would be desirable.
  • Age between 34 – 43 years old
  • High sense of problem solving and analytical, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in managing time with the ability to multi-task
  • Good command in English language, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment
