Manuchar (Thailand) Ltd.

Based in Sathorn, Bangkok the Business Support Executive plays an important role in our Thailand operations. He/She will support the country manager in the day to day running of the affiliate and plays a key role in preparing Manuchar Thailand for future growth.

• Monitoring and optimizing our key business lines, by ensuring delivery standards are maintained and taking a continuous optimization mindset to the job.
• Coordinating with suppliers and key accounts for delivery scheduling, offtake forecasts, price negotiations and tender participations.
• Supporting the country manager in day to day running of the operations, by proactively engaging with the local and regional teams.
• Together with the country manager you prepare Manuchar for its further development, by analyzing market trends and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Interfaces with other departments to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner, and to ensure cross-departmental communication runs in a smooth and efficient manner.

Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics management or international trade
• 3+ years of relevant working experience with proven records
• Experience and ability to work in an international environment, with prior experience in an international trade and supply chain environment being a benefit
• Eager to learn and acquire knowledge in view of longer-term career prospects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – Thai
• Experience in a chemical trading or logistics business is an advantage
• Highly driven and organized, with an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to ensure an optimal relationship with both internal and external contacts
