Area Sales Manager (Bangkok) – Consumer goods

Position: Area Sales Manager (Bangkok) – Consumer goods

Location: Bangkok

Responsibilities: 

  • Controlling sales performances and activities of area assigned to ensure the achievement of sales budget.
  • Monitoring and reviewing distributor performance such as route performance and delivery service level to control company’s operating standard.
  • Monitoring and set sales target by tracking sell-in/sell-out of all channel in area of responsibility
  • Developing strong relationship with Distributor and Local Key Accounts within the Area
  • Analysing and monitoring the distributors P&L to ensure that all distributor achieves the assigned KPI’s and profit margin.
  • Training and development of distributor knowledge for sales force and skills.
  • Analyze sales promotion and control expenses to meet the budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and /or Business Administration.
  • Experience in management distributor development in Traditional Trade channel.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in leading FMCG
  • Experience in Training or Coaching program for sales team.
  • Good analytical and presentation skill
  • Good command of English communication skills
  • Good Microsoft office Excel program (Pivot program)
  • Good Managerial skills, well organized, self-motivated, and proactive personality
