We have distributed Italian wine all over Thailand for 17 years. Currently, we are looking for a potential person who is professional in accounting and financial areas, which qualifications and skills as below.

CFO duties and job responsibilities

  • As part of an executive management team, the CFO will have interaction with various members of a company, both senior and junior. CFO job description should include:
  • Providing  leadership, direction and management of the finance, accounting and HR teams.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management  team.
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all accounting and financial reporting.
  • Controlling checking  and following the process of accounting receivable and  payable of the  company.
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
  • In charge of all company’s balance sheets and financial budgets.
  • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures.
  • Revenue department and custom department reporting.
  • Dealing with the auditors.
  • Coaching and training  staffs, include controlling the work processes on time.
  • Developing and giving the valuable suggestions to the executives about the accounting and financial system.
  • Issuing  accounting and financial weekly reports or related reports to CEO.
  • Perform  other jobs assigned by the executives.

Job qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting ,finance , MBA or related fileds.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance and at least 5 years  in managerial level.
  • CPA is highly desirable.
  • Strong in accounting and financial strategic planning, execution and dealing with complexity.
  • Able to engage with staffs at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
