Business Development Executive


  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential prospects, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Proactively initiate and engage calls to new prospects e.g. real estate agents, developers, or property owners.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Build referral and lead generation network.
  • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Sales or relevant fields
  • Good command in English (both written and spoken). Chinese speaking is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate or hospitality industry
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
