Supply Chain – Retail – Overseas Brands (Uo to 60K/ BTS Line/ Urgent!!)

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the inventory of saleable goods in stores for the Brands managed via DC, finding the best balance between On-shelf availability, financial stock levels and delivery costs.

ü  Assortment management / Product life cycle

o  Ensures that store assortment in replenishment systems is aligned with decisions of Category Managers about assortment,

o  Reviews the product Data Base to update delisted items (end of life, slow movers)

ü  Replenishment of Active products

o   Manages target inventory levels in stores through the set-up of  SAP parameters

o   Defines & updates store delivery frequency

o   Define ABC inventory strategy in stores. Define the reasonable safety stock for store by ABC and store type.

o   Makes sure auto replenishment is properly activated in SAP (Min/Max)

o  Anticipates & manages stores stock building for main seasonality peaks (Christmas, CRM events, Black Friday…), and liaises with Regional Demand Planners (based in Singapore) to ensure DC replenishment is properly anticipated,

o  Liaises with other Departments to anticipate and manage local animations & store openings, and with Regional Demand Planners (based in Singapore) to ensure DC replenishment is properly anticipated

o   Optimizes stores inventory by actively looking at rebalancing and return to Warehouse options in case of overstocks and for expired / damaged products,

o  Challenges Minimum Merchandising Needs (Display stock) on slow sellers and recommends assortment / exposure points’ reduction or delisting to category Managers / Space Planners.

ü  New products / brands launch / one-shots

o  Responsible for the introduction follow up : initial allocation to stores and first 2 months replenishment

ü  Operations Planning / Prioritization

o  Coordinates with Logistics Team to anticipate capacity increases, plan operations (returns / destructions) , prioritize inbound / outbound shipments, and clean-up claims

ü  End of life / Exit strategies

o  Optimizes depletion of stock for end of life items via rebalancing, destructions, coordination of ad-hoc commercial operations, Returns to Vendors.

ü  Shortages allocation

o  Responsible to optimize allocation of products to stores in case of shortages (via rebalancing, allocation from inbound shipments)

o  Communication to stores

ü  Store stock accuracy

o  Tracks stores negative stocks and requests inventory controls

o  Build stores cycle counts calendar for his / her brands in compliance with Sephora rules, and tracks execution

  • Inventory / Supplier performance reviews

o  Prepares Monthly stock reports for brands managed, tracks warehouse fill rate and defines action plans with logistic teams / demand planners to improve it.

o  Participates in inventory reviews (S&OP) to present brand stock and fill rate performance and propose actions.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years in a demand / supply planning role, ideally in retail or multi –brands environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain.
  • Fluent in English

  • Strong quantitative analytical skills & computer savvy:

ü  Ability to analyse, draw conclusions, and execute appropriate actions in response to data

ü  Advanced Excel capabilities required

ü  SAP system experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills

ü  Able to work across functional areas and levels of the organization and to interact at distance

ü  Listen well to others (empathy), client-centric (commercial mindset)

ü  Strong verbal and written communication: ability to simplify, synthesize and convince
