[About this position]

You will be a part of SME Business Team to drive the growth of SME business performance to privileged customers through commercialized campaign by working closely with the Marketing, Communications, and Advertising Technology teams.



  • Initiate, plan, execute, and validate business model to drive benefits for both users and buyers
  • Developing campaign strategies for all aspects of customer segment to ensure the most effective approach for LINE Company and customers’ needs
  • Driving social commerce ecosystem via LINE Official Account
  • Maintain customer loyalty in platform by testing, analyzing and scaling the most impactful practices
  • Own and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns to stimulate the need of LINE’s services within the SME market (i.e., medium and small businesses, Official Account customers)
  • Initiate and manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with marketing & communications, ad-technology, cross-functional, PR, and other external stakeholders to ensure the plans are well-executed and delivered within timeline
  • Oversee direct communications with customers throughonline channel, monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies, ensure maximum profitability, and ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities


[Minimum Qualifications]

  • 3-7 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Consulting in Mobile / Technology /Digital fields
  • Deep interest in digital marketing, online ecosystem, technology and business innovations, and eagerness to continuouslylearn
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results
  • Previous background in E-commerce is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot and skill in creating complex project plan and analysis.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Thai & English

  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems

  • Flexible team player who possess self-initiative, leadership skill, and can-do attitude.
