HR Business Partner

  • Provide leadership to the T3 HR team on managing of the project in alignment with regional and global HR.
  • Develops preliminary hiring plan based on project and operational site needs working with key knowledgeable staff
  • Implements plan for hiring, training, on-boarding and retention of key resources working with PM/Ops director
  • Works with project leadership to articulate clear personnel strategy (e.g., in-house vs out-of-house staff) and creates plan to deliver (e.g., internal hiring initiative)

 

Workforce planning

  • Drive strategic workforce planning and organizational redesign and restructuring according to business changes and needs.
  • Develops preliminary hiring plan based on operational site needs working with regional TA, local partners to ensure delivery of talents in agreed timeline.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to ensure our human capital needs in various functions.
  • Works with project leadership to articulate clear personnel strategy (e.g., in-house vs out-of-house staff) and creates plan to deliver (e.g., internal hiring initiative)
  • Keep abreast of market trends and provide counsel to management and regional teams.

 

HR Operations

  • Develop and lead a competent and efficient HR function which is integrated at both global and local organization level.
  • Ensure the formulation and implementation of local HR policies and processes aligned with regional HR guidelines and standards in order to support a Lenzing Group approach, yet ensuring observance of local registration, cultural and social customs.
  • HR Data Management as custodian of  employee data and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Maintain and build close communication and cordial relations with government officials in labor office.
  • Ensure creation of stable and constructive relations environment including formal and informal negotiation with employee representatives from the unions (if any) to achieve agreements.

 

Management Coaching

  • Coach/ support line management in handling HR issues
  • Implement HR policies/ procedures (e.g., sickness, disciplinarians)
  • Prepare/ maintain contracts
  • Trigger/ oversee induction
  • Ensure completion of performance management documentation
  • Prepare salary, bonus and promotion proposals
  • Manage terminations
  • Maintain open positions
  • Handle HR policy/ procedure queries
  • Maintain individual career/ development plans
  • Maintain succession plans

 

Compensation & Benefit

  • Define and drive the compensation and benefit programs including payroll.

 

Expatriate Management

  • Managed the life cycle of expat in LTL coordinating with global and regional HR from work permit approval to repatriation.
