Staff - Health Claim Management

Job Description:

Conduct health claim investigation activities

  • Conduct health claim investigation activities to ensure appropriate steps are performed
  • Monitoring the progress of claims and control claim aging to ensure all pending cases will be completed within SLA
  • Recommend standard work instruction to ensure process are in line with all stakeholders and regulators
  • Assure completion of all the communication between insured and company
  • Assist and coordinate with TPA to ensure the smoothly claim process
  • Manage customer expectation with a strong focus on customer satisfactions

Claim analysis

  • Assess and approve health claim of all insurance products include special request regarding the given authority
  • Review high claim case then summarize and escalate to higher authority

Solve complex, non-standard cases

  • Corresponds with internal department, agents, medical providers and others as required to gather necessary information to solve the complex cases and summarizes findings and recommends action.
  • Analysis the case and forecast the impact
  • Provide the evidence and feedback to support stakeholders on complaint case from all channels such walk-in, social media, regulators and etc

Support and direct team to execute the excellence claim service

  • Deliver efficient guideline to facilitate claim process
  • Supervise and motivate team to complete claim process and consistently deliver with high quality standards, accurate information, and within service level agreement
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Project supporting

Compliance & Process management

  • Ensure compliance by following laws and regulations, internal control requirements and the KTAXA Claims policy
  • Monitor and take action on aging claim report
  • Maintain the procedure and process to be aligning with contract provision and comply with company and regulator’s rules
  • Support first aids room


  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Life or non Life Insurance and Health Claims is required
  • Capable to communicate in both writing and speaking Thai and English
  • Negotiate and handle issues with external and internal parties
