Customer Experience & Sales Development Leader (Telesales) - AVP to FAVP Level

Job Description :

To lead and manage knowledge to sale team with correctness and align with internal and external controllable under business’s direction i.e. business smart growth, customer experience, digital transformation and organization transformation.

Customer Experience:

  • Insight development and representing the VOC data to internal cross functional of customer experience.
  • Independently exploring respondent level data for root causes, correlation, insights and opportunities that drive positive changes to the customer experience.
  • Design Customer Experience Tools or Journeys i.e. survey questionnaires etc. and work with measurement team to continuously improve sale quality and customer experience.

Training:

  • To overlook and develop sales training strategy and road-map.
  • To manage and enhance sales training team to deliver fast pace quality training to serve competitive business’ environment.
  • To develop training material to improve sales skill 360 degrees.
  • To act as center of knowledge and work with all cross functional parties.
  • To drive the sale engagement with activity within budget.

Project and Lead Management:

  • Understand, provide and consolidate sale and business requirement and work with all related functional.
  • Representative for all project relevant with sale team, control and mange impact that related i.e. IT, Marketing Project, Operation Project, BPMO etc.
  • Initiative, analysis and manage lead to control and driven business volume.

Quality Control:

  • Manage overall sale quality align with BOT Market Conduct and Data Privacy Law.
  • Representative for all control relevant with sale team, control and mange impact that related i.e. Compliance, Legal, Quality Assurance, CCRP, Risk, Fraud, Audit etc.

Sale Fulfillment and Process Improvement:

  • Support, develop and maintain all production sale process and co-ordinate with all related functional i.e. Credit Analysis, Disbursement, Customer Service, Marketing etc.
  • Set and control standardize process and tracking all sale process and template related.
  • Support local Operations Team in Process Transformation according to Lean Principles.
  • Lean Transformation and Establish Lean Culture (in all areas of the organization).
  • Lead internal Lean Workshops and Training events all new initiative processing.

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Marketing or any related field
  • At least 5 years experience in Tele sale or service or control or training in Consumer Banking, Insurances Business are preferred.
  • Strategy development and implementation.
  • Good in problem solving skills and people management skills.

 

Work Location : KSPT Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
